James Charal was raised in Calgary and grew up in several of its unique lake communities. He has watched Calgary grow and become a strong thriving land of opportunity.
As a second generation Realtor and investor, James is well versed in the Calgary Real Estate market and the many fantastic opportunities it has to offer including personal comfort, investment diversity, building equity and residual cash flow leading to financial freedom.
James has built a successful Calgary Real Estate portfolio and business over the past 23 years. Buying his first house in 1993, James has extensive experience in all aspects of home renovations including home layout and design, navigating permits, trades people negotiations and knowing quality workmanship. All this experience adds to James being much more than “just another Realtor”. His grassroots knowledge of building, designing and knowing market value, his exceptional professional track record, his integrity, his honesty and his hard work ethic all contribute to his ability to “get the deal done” and “get it done right”.
